Damage by UPS

Chillers are prone to damage in transit to your address. Usual mishandling may occur which could damage the chiller. Please contact us if you suspect shipping damage. Your chiller may qualify for full replacement.

Re-Packaging your Chiller for Shipment

PLEASE SHIP USING THE ORIGINAL BOX USING THE ORIGINAL PACKAGING
The original packaging for a chiller is capable of withstanding some tumbling and minor mishandling that ocurrs commonly in all shipping services. We recommend shipping in the original box, and also recommend using extra padding or bubble-wrapping for greater protection.
