| Tax on Shipping | Texas requires us to tax Shipping & Handling (in addition to your subtotal) if your product is shipped to a location in Texas. |
| Delays in Shipping | All chillers, when ordered, are first sent to a technician to be bench-tested before they are shipped. This ensures that the unit works correctly to the specifications listed about the chiller. Depending when the order is submitted, most chillers usually ship the next available business day. |
| Same Day Orders | Unfortunately, due to the bench-testing and the possibility of a backlog of orders from previous customers, we cannot guarnatee same day shipping. There is a possibility it could happen if you order before 9:00AM Mon-Thur, though somewhat unlikely. |
| Less than 140 lbs. | If your order comes out to less than 140 lbs, standard UPS shipping services will be offered: • UPS Ground Rates are calculated based on the weight of the order and the zip code the order is being shipped to. |
| More than 140 lbs. | If your order comes out to more than 140 lbs, a customer service representative (CSR) will need to contact you with a freight quote. We will work to find the best shipping rate possible and complete your order over the phone. We also won't ask you for your payment information during checkout -- we will do that over the phone once you're satisfied with the shipping quote(s) we give you. How will I know I'm over 140 lbs.? |
